Dr. Bourgeois is a Board-Certified Surgeon with extensive experience in occupational and industrial medicine. After spending the early years of his career as a full-time surgeon, he transitioned to industrial healthcare in 2003, founding a comprehensive medical network for shipping, petroleum, diving, and industrial sectors. His vision led to the creation of OSMed, delivering a complete circle of care for companies and employees worldwide.

Timothy J. Baker

CFO & COO
With a background in air ambulance transportation in Alaska, Tim has dedicated his career to prehospital and occupational medical support in remote working environments. His expertise in logistics and operational strategy has been instrumental in shaping OSMed’s ability to deliver medical solutions anytime, anywhere. Sandra Diaz, M.D.

Director of Medical Disembarkation
Dr. Diaz brings over 10 years of medical experience in emergency medicine, having worked in complex hospitals in Colombia and Argentina. As Director of Medical Disembarkation, she has successfully coordinated hundreds of patient transfers, air evacuations, and medical monitoring in foreign ports worldwide. Her expertise ensures that every medical disembarkation is handled with precision, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
